The Dr. Harold Kobliner Scholarship Textbook Purchase Fund

The Dr. Harold Kobliner Textbook Scholarship provides support for the cost of textbooks
or certification exams. The recipient must have obtained a high school diploma through
the New York City public school system.

*Private or charter school graduates are not eligible. *

Criteria:

  • Be a full-time School of Education student, sophomore or above (completed 30 credits or more)
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Have obtained a high school diploma through the NYC Public School System
  • Live in NYC
  • Have a faculty letter of support submitted on their behalf.
