The Castagna Architectural Scholarship

The Castagna Architectural Scholarship supports students financially through funding dedicated to tuition, materials, and study abroad experiences.

1) In state tuition for two semesters (fall & spring)
2) CUNY/CCNY Study Abroad Programs stipend ($4,000)
3) Material and book stipend ($2,000); subject to change based on the number of applications received

Castagna Architectural Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

  1. You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  2. You must have completed one full year as an undergraduate architecture student, or be a current M. Arch graduate student
  3. You must be continuing your program in the next academic year
  4. You must be in good academic standing with the department and CCNY
  5. You must be able and willing to travel on a CUNY program if regulations allow
  6. Preference will be given to applicants with financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  7. Macaulay Honors College students are not eligible for the Castagna scholarship

Scholarship recipients will be notified in February.
Scholarships cover in-state tuition for the upcoming Fall and Spring semesters.
Travel awards will cover the upcoming Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring semesters. The following summer is also covered.
