Angeline T (Terry) DeFiori and Arlene Sandra Abramson Endowed Scholarship

Ms. Abramson funded The Angeline T. (Terry) DeFiore Endowed Scholarship Fund in memory of her late wife. The scholarship funds full-time students enrolled in The Center for Worker Education, supporting first-generation students studying to be teachers of children with learning disabilities. Ms. Abramson has worked in the field of affordable housing since the 1970s and now consults with affordable housing nonprofits.

Angeline T (Terry) DeFiori and Arlene Sandra Abramson Scholarship is for CWE students in good academic standing who may have needs that require special accommodations, or who are majoring in early childhood education and plan to go on to a career in education where they will work to increase opportunities for students with specialized needs.
